Woke up early in the morning to see the SpaceX launch of the Paz satellite from Vandenberg Airforce Base. I watched the launch as from Goleta, CA. Spectacular views, but very cold.

One of my favorite times of the year on the California coast is winter when we get heavy fog. Fog can transform an ordinary night into a mystic and dangerously feeling other world.

This morning I hung out with my very patient partner for an early and very cold photo session of the Lunar Eclipse over the coast of Goleta.

I was proud to be among the hundreds gathered at the Santa Barbara Women's March. Now is a critical time for us to standing up for American values!
